Everything about our service is designed to minimize problems for
you. We provide you with a Universal licence (any number of installations
for the Desktop
helpdesk, Web
helpdesk and mail-in
server - unlimited users) and a highly qualified technician at your
site for up to 2 days at your UK site. During that time we will
- Install our software on your server (MS Windows)
- install our default database or connect to your MS Sql Server
if you have one
- Customise the web helpdesk to include your branding on the web
pages
- Provide training for your staff
In addition we include one year's same-day response support by
telephone/email and upgrades*
Pricing: £29,975 excl. VAT. There are no additional costs
or expenses to pay.
*further years are available at a charge
